These are the suggested Acer M.2 drives and there is no limit on capacity as the limit is determined by the format in windows that MBR Legacy is up to 2TB and GUID (GPT) are beyond that and up to your budget, as 4TB + drives are pretty expensive, read the formatting rules of OSs drive capacities as there are many guides on that. The best and speediest M.2 drives come from Samsung, WD or ADATA that are proven quick drives at PCIe 3 x4.

The current limit is somewhere around 8TB, but those drives are somewhat expensive. :) The OS, hardware and file system all support much bigger drives that you can buy.
