Undervolting Not Allowed on my Helios 300 PH317-55

I have a PH317-55 with i7 11800H and RTX3060. I love my laptop but have an issue with the thermals. In games I constantly hit 92C on CPU and 84C on GPU even with custom 95% fan speeds and not using the Extreme mode for GPU overclocking.

I have been considering different options such as using a stand to raise the back of the laptop (which worked just a little and reduced maybe 2C of GPU temp), thermal re-pasting (which I have not done and don't think will do because of possible warranty issues), and lastly, doing an undervolting on the CPU.

The problem is, the undervolting feature in either Intel's XTU or the ThrottleStop software are both locked/greyed out and I think it is due to a BIOS lock which does not allow such changes in CPU parameters.

I wanted to know if anyone has done undervolting on their Helios laptops and if yes, how it is done and more importantly, how effective it is to reduce temps.

Thanks.
