Installed a new wireless adapter (Intel dual band wireless-ac 8265) in my notebook (Acer Nitro AN515-51) because the stock one stopped working many times during the day. After installing drivers my Wi-Fi worked and did not bother setting up my Bluetooth. Now I need Bluetooth so I installed the Bluetooth drivers from Intel's webpage, but nothing happened after I restarted my pc.

No symbol in the action center, I cannot turn on or off the Bluetooth in the Bluetooth settings, turned on the Bluetooth Support Service in the services window, removed and installed the device, uninstalled the Bluetooth drivers.

In device manager with "Show hidden devices" under Bluetooth I see "Bluetooth USB Module" and under Software devices "Bluetooth" greyed out.

Intel Support informed me that this might be hardware compatibility issue, but no way to know for me. How do I get my Bluetooth to work?
