Hi,

Would someone be able to clarify if the SATA SSD on my Acer Swift 3 SF314-52-58TS can be replaced with a NVME drive?

As far as I can tell, at the moment I have the Hynix HFS256G39TND-N210A - 256GB SK hynix SC308 M.2 Client Bulk SSD. According to the sources I was able to find, this is a SATA drive. I would like to replace it with a larger one and found a good deal for 1TB nvme drives. However, the sources on the internet are conflicting as to if a SATA drive can be replaced with a NVME in the same socket or not. Does anyone know a definitive answer to this?
