Please help need to get contact phone/email for acer U.S.A

Hi All….

I sent my desktop to repair center in Texas last month. The repair was covered under warranty, they literally had the computer for a day, stayed it was repaired that same day and shipped out to me the next day. I received it about 5 days later, and the computer is more damaged now then when I sent it in. I have tried to contact the same number I called, however they prompt you to enter Serial Number, and now the warranty is up. Which is fine because it’s still part of the first repair, but once you enter the number it will not put me through to the repair center and there are no other contact numbers or email addresses. I need to get this back to them and I need to speak with a supervisor. I have tried numerous different ways with no luck! I had to buy a backup computer and I really need to get this issue resolved but this company is ridiculous, like they are hiding their contact info. Anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks!!
