Acer G247HYL Bmidx Monitor won't properly connect to PS4 Pro or Nintendo Switch

Hello, I have two trusty Acer G247HYL monitors and they've been working great for years, until about a week ago when I started having issues with them.

I was using my PS4 to watch a movie, and I unplugged the HDMI cable after I was finished to move some stuff around, and when I plugged the cable back in it wouldn't give me any signal. It registers the cable, but not the signal from the PS4. I troubleshooted that thing for hours, and discovered it works just fine on a TV, but not either of my Acer monitors. I tried changing HDMI cables, turning HDCP on and off in the PS4 settings, changing the output resolution, booting in safe mode, I even tried both monitors. Eventually I just gave up and decided I would try troubleshooting it again later.

Then, last night, I decided to use my Switch that I was using just before watching my movie on the monitor, same cable, dock, and system as what worked before, and now it only outputs at 480p from the switch. According to Nintendo support, the Switch thinks the monitor only supports 480p and won't give me the option to go higher despite it absolutely supporting 1080p, as that's how I've been playing on it for years. I tried a second dock and a second Switch, and it's replicating on all the devices. I plugged my Switch into the TV to check? It works! 1080p and 720p are options I can select again. But when I tried to put it back on the Acer, it went back to only 480p.

I'm at a loss as to what to do, because the only common denominator here is the monitors. But how did they both start giving me problems at the same time, despite me only using one originally? Sony and Nintendo both say it's the monitor, not the consoles, which is why I'm here. Has my monitor somehow locked itself to a bad resolution and is not letting the consoles output properly? I've tried everything the internet is saying for both of these problems, but with no luck at all. Has anyone had this happen or know anything on how to fix it? I'm seriously getting desperate.
