Hi,
Was it showing up in Device Manager, BIOS information tab? you don't have to disable SATA ports or turn off the Secure boot.

@brummyfan2 Yes It was showing in device manager and as well as in bios information tab.

You don't look at boot order in the BIOS, it doesn't give you any useful information. Use the F12 boot menu to see all bootable devices in the order in which they are polled. In order for a device to show in that list it needs to be a UEFI boot device, so a blank SSD will not appear, but one which has a UEFI OS installed will.

Yes, if you don't have any OS it won't show up in Boot order tab of BIOS.

On my second drive I have installed hackintosh still the drive hasn't shown up.

But the Hackintosh boot flash drive worked fine, to allow you to do the install? Or is it the install flash drive that's failing to show up in the boot menu? If the former you likely have to add the Hackintosh EFI file as trusted...

Boot flash drives are showing up and working as expected its the sata 1 port nvme drive that is not showing up in the boot order.

Then the EFI configuration that the install should have created isn't correctly configured. Have you tried manually entering it? In the BIOS, Security tab, use the Select an UEFI file as trusted for executing option.
