E5-575G-57D4. USB C 3.1 port specifically does not detect usb hubs, does not even acknowledge.

Title. Tried multiple usb 2.0 hubs, does not even power the hub RGB if present. Nothing shows up on device manager, literally no response for hubs. Other devices work fine.

I do not want to risk buying a 3.0 hub only for it to get the same treatment.

I can not say for certain if this was always the case, or one of the bios updates(1.47) causes. I am like 30% sure I was using that port+hub few years but I might be misremembering.

    You must plug an i/o device like a mouse or an external keyboard into the hub to get a Device Manager response. Some USB ports only power i/o device, not RGB bling.
