you should be running any and all games in <gaming> mode.... as far as i know.... there is no automatic adjustment....auto is for surfing the web and gaming is for gaming and custom is for anything inbetween lol ..thats how i work it and added more memory it helps cool it down...when i was only running the 16 gig that came with my pc the cpu temps with fans in gaming mode averaged 63 degrees i added 32 so now im at 48 and my temps are 53 on average for the same games etc...i have 4 dimms the 2 hynix that came with it and 2 crucial 16 gigs..i have them in this order...16-8-16-8 or ABAB as stated in the owners manual and if your good and careful you can squeeze the hynix 8 into slot 4 with a little work lol it was tough but i managed to get it in without having to remove anything whew and i plan on getting 2 more 16 from crucial to max it out heh or 2 @ 32 lol whatever happens and is cheaper lol...ohh btw i have the same pc if you are talking about the po5-640-ub11 but it really doesn't matter what model would be the same for all the 5000 and 7000 i imagine

    Hi @TheMaddTitan001

You can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.

NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.

Hope it will help you in some way.
