  • If its a brand new and under warranty Aspire 5 laptop then contact Acer Support as then you can tell them all the problems that lead up to the "no boothable device" problem, as then you have a reference number from Acer so that there is no chance to void your warranty.

A "no boothable device" can be a cause of many and variable problems like software or a faulty hard drive, ram etc on a new laptop, this unusual and is strange as in a worst-case scenario. your laptop wilt need its back cover opened, as there could be an internal hardware component that is faulty and opening your laptop unless you intend putting more ram or a secondary HDD will void your warranty. But be very careful as and if you don't have experience in opening and/or anything to do with a laptop, then I wouldn’t open and/or try to fix anything and let Acer either advise you of a software fix issue or let Acer fix your laptop.
