Hi ,

I need help, I've tried to reset my brand new aspire 3 laptop because I've had issues since actually setting it up 4 days ago when I just bought it and it keeps coming in with this code

Every time I try and get it going again. As I said I only purchased it last Friday afternoon. I'm having no luck at all can any one help me sort this out and get it started again

Cheers Sarah

    1. Press and hold power button till laptop shuts off
    2. Turn it back on again and immediately tap F2 to enter BIOS menu
    3. Make sure F12 and D2D options are enabled in BIOS MAIN tab
    4. Press F10 to save settings and exit BIOS menu
    5. If system doesn't start then press and hold power button again to laptop shuts off
    6. Then turn it back on and immediately press and hold ALT key while tapping F10 key
    7. A reset menu should appear to allow you to erase everything and clean install the factory Windows again
