Who do i speak to about a defective computer?????

Well let's see, I obtained this Aspire 7250-0209 on  18 April 2012 & it has been one real Piece of Junk....

 Next Monday will make the fourth time that i had to send this laptop in for repairs.

1 There was a hardware issue that needed for me to send the unit back to you in texas.

2 This time it was due to the fact that most of the keys on the "keyboard didn't fuction.

3  The screen went out less than two months after i had just got it back from the repair shop.

And now 4 it has periods that the screen goes blank while typing a note on certain websites.

 

I can't understand how you can say that you "Value" your customers. Because it that was

truly the case my computer would have been either " Replaced or Repaired " correctly.....

 Each time it has been sent in for service, It has never been sent back because of 'Damage"

caused by the owner.... The only damage is to the outerskin of the screen where i have afew stickers....

 

 

As my factory warranty runs out on the 17 of April 2013, I wonder what excuse will i get this time after it

comes back & goes out again... So thanks alot to you & your company for letting me know that

i wasted my " Money" shopping thru the Army & Airforce exchanges to purchsed this laptop!!!!!
