I own a Nitro AN515-45. Before, on idle and browsing my laptop was silent and I liked it but recently the fans have been spinning noticeably faster and therefore making more noise. For example right now I only have my browser open, my GPU usage is at 0% but the GPU fan is spinning at 2800 RPM and the sound is disturbing. I've tried factory resetting, cleaned my fans, limited CPU usage and many other options but nothing seems to work. Please help.

If you've had this machine for more than a year, the thermal paste between CPU, GPU and heatsinks should be replaced and the factory paste has probably dried out by then. This is considered normal maintenance that should be done annually for heavy gamers.
