Blur Screen A715-42g- R5C5

I have my A715-42g- R5C5 about a week now. I have already expirienced about 6 times of blue screen. Had retured to the store and they found nothing. all drivers and softwares are updated.

Any Tips?

Should i be worried or alarmed?

(1) Did Blue screens have warning or error message? If yes, what was the message?

(2) What were you watching or working on when the blue screens appeared?

(3) Other than automatic Windows updates, what other drivers and updates did you apply? And why did you apply them since discretionary updates are often meant to fix problems that a machine might have, not meanf for machines that seem to be functioning OK.

1. stop code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
2. Blue screen appeared when i installed my Logitech Brio Webcam. did not respond then suddenly went to blue screen. 2nd instance is right after the mandatory software update for windows. 3. is after exiting my steam account, right after playing.
3. NONE, i only installed the required windows update for Windows 11.

Open Device Manager. If you don't see any red or yellow warnings, click the view tab and checkmark show hidden device. Then expand the imaging and/or camera folders. Post screenshot of result if possible.
