I purchased the SFX14-41G last October. I've had no issues until today when I tried fiddling with the Fn lock in the BIOS. Little did I know, this would cause my SSD to kick the bucket and force me to do a fresh install of Windows 10 via USB boot on a new stick. Despite losing all of my old data, I now can't get Task Manager to recognize my GPU (3050Ti) no matter what I do. As the title suggests, it detects it in Device Manager and says the drivers are up to date, but the display is using the R7 5800U's integrated GPU. So far, I've tried:

  1. Uninstalling and reinstalling NVIDIA drivers directly from NVIDIA & Acer Product Support websites (with clean installation).
  2. Upgrading to Windows 11 to see if it was a compatibility issue with the driver/OS versions.
  3. Downloading third-party software to detect missing drivers.

Now I'm unsure if it's maybe a hardware issue since the USB3.0 on the left side suddenly stopped working...

I'm all out of ideas. Should I just get a replacement?
