Sorry, the emmc flash boot chip may have failed. Try this procedure.

    1. Unplug charger
    2. Gently insert and press paperclip into battery disconnect pinhole on bottom for about one minute
    3. Plug charger back in and wait for battery charge LED to turn to turn steady blue
    4. Then try to turn it back on again

What USB device are you trying to boot from? The "VendorCoProductCode" sounds suspiciously like it might not be a good one.

Click on "Like" if you find my answer useful or click on "Yes" if it answers your question.

Boot from the USB installation again. Choose the advanced or troubleshooting option, not the install option. We want to try to get to the X : command prompt from the USB to examine and try to repair the EMMC boot chip. Can you get to the X : \ > _ command prompt?

Nothing is display boot from the USB. Advanced or troubleshooting option don't come. It comes DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG stop code with QR blue screen. How to enter Command prompt?

Did you tap F12 on startup to boot from flash drive? Because there seems to be something wrong with your USB flash drive or your USB ports. Do you have another USB flash drive to use Microsoft USB media creation tool?
