My Acer Nitro 5 won’t turn on

So I have been using my acer nitro 5 for exactly one year and I never had any problems with it, but today I turned it on, it was plugged in, startet just fine and after maybe 4-5 minutes it just died. No flickering, no previous issues, no warnings… It just died! Now the issue is I can’t turn it on, and it’s not even reacting when I plug in the charger. No lights, nothing.

I read online that I can reset the battery if I press the reset button on the back of my laptop, but I don’t have that pinhole and my battery is inbuilt. Can someone help?

    Hi @Uniccccorn

You won't find reset hole in this laptop. So you have to disconnect the laptop from the charger then you can try to press and hold down the power button for 20 secs. Then you can connect it back to the charger and then you can try to turn it on to check if that makes any difference.

Hope it will help you in some way.
