My cpu and gpu are overheating even after i set undervolting

hi guys, i have a problem with my cpu, i5 8300H and gtx 1050ti, they are overheatin very much, even in old games like dark souls where the temperature at low setting can reach 96 degrees, when nothing is opened the temp is 55-60, but when i open a game, at low settings, it burn as hell, the cpu work at max 2100ghz, and the gpu at 1744MHz, i dont know what to do, i cant play normally. if there is a possibility, i would like to chat on discord, and maybe found what to do

and also i have low fps, like in league it give 45 sometimes 80 at medium settings

I would recommend changing the thermal paste and it should lower your temperatures

You can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.

Check the above link to do a reset.

NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.
