A lil' bit of advice?

So I have had my laptop (Ryzen 5 4600h, gtx 1650) for over a year now. I mostly used it for online school/review and some gaming (mainly Genshin and what I find enjoyable in steam like Horizon Zero dawn) and I've been having this problem that occurs once, then never again for the rest of the day. I can't really describe it aside from the monitor (laptop or external) suddenly lags(?) and a loud static noise (I always use headphones so it sometimes makes me jump), and it lasts for about 2-3 seconds. I think in the first half of the year, it occured for about everyday I use the computer. The latter half, I think about 2-3 times a week. It never really bothered me that much since it only happens once and I never noticed any hardware failure or fps loss (do note that I'm not really that keen in knowing that fps has dropped and whatnot, being that I'm used to console gaming). Should I be worried about it?

On a side not, should I repaste the thermal paste since its over a year now or should I wait for signs like abnormal temps or what?

Thank you for reading my essay. Hahaha :

I am not a pro at this stuff as I am having a computer problem too but I think it could be a hardware problem I don't know much like almost nothing but that sounds like a hardware problem I think you need a pro (from this site or a store) But please if you know anyone that's a pro with computers ask them for help
