Seeking advice for how to use international warranty in Japan

Hello everyone, 

I am very much happy to share that I have been using the ACER PC since last September. I am from Nepal. I came here to Japan last October as a research student. Until last Sunday I was very much satisfied with my PC. Unfortunately last Sunday morning after opening the PC I saw a few lines on the screen and after just a few minutes the lining was turned around the whole screen of my laptop. I was quite surprised and shocked by seeing this incident. I brought it from India last September before coming to Japan and I have an international traveler's warranty passport for this PC also. And in the international traveler's warranty passport, it is clearly written that the company should pay if anything wrong happens on the NOTEBOOK display screen. I went to the student support center and the staff of the student support center make a call to ACER center Japan as I cannot speak Japanese. But the Acer center staff of japan told that I cannot repair my PC although I have an International warranty card and he said that the card will work only for 3 months and this is for only international traveler and again I read the warranty card again and again but I don't see much point as he mentioned. I email Acer center Japan several times but no response I received yet.   Please tell me how I can repair the Laptop by using this warranty card. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon about this. How can I use the International warranty card in Japan?
