Why do my laptop screen is black after turning it on

So when i turn on my laptop the screen is all black, no logo or anything else, just black. And whats interesting when I took out the battery the screen turned normal, but when I connected it, the screen went black again, the fan works all the time, disk is fine - i put it in my other laptop and works great, both RAM slots are used, I have idea at this point.

Probably need to replace the battery.
