Press MENU key to open OSD. Use Navi/OK button to select System. Then navigate to Wide Mode. Change Full to 1:1 or Aspect

If I change it to 1:1 or Aspect, nothing changes.

Once it's changed in the OSD, you must shut down the monitor and PC. Then turn the monitor on first. Then turn on the PC last.

I've never tried shutting down a PC. I have a feeling this will help. Thank you so much

Let us know if turning on the monitor first, then the PC, resolves the issue. Thanks.

    There is no change either.

Turn on the monitor and turn on the pc, and vice versa

What low resolution are you trying to use? 640x480? 800x600? Post a screenshot of display settings if possible.
