Can I use my intel graphics card for hdmi output on predetor helios 300 PH315-52?

So almost 2 months ago my GPU(1660ti) died, it had an error code of 43, at first I thought it was a software issue after formating my laptop and messing with it for almost 4 or 5 days straight with nothing, I was pretty sure my GPU was dead, I used to have an external monitor and now I can use it, my HDMI isn't working at all, same thing with mini-display port, and type-c port, so is there anyway I can change the HDMI to output from the Intel graphics card instead of the graphics card?
