Acer Aspire E5-575G some keys are not working on keyboard

Some of the keys on my laptop randomly stopped working. The keys are i,o,0,=, backspace,7,4,2(from Numpad)
The first time this happened I pressed the o key harder and they all started to work, it happened again after my laptop was not turned on for more extended period, fixed it by pressing the o key harder again, but this last time it happened pressing any of the keys no longer works no matter how hard you press them.
Drivers were updated, and the keys work on the onscreen keyboard and with an external keyboard, so I think it's a hardware problem.
If anyone had a similar problem please share your solutions.

  • First try to disconnect the lithium battery and the keyboard from the motherboard:

    If the problem persists, check if the problem occurs using an external usb keyboard. If the problem occurs with a usb keyboard, the problem is with windows. If the problem does not occur with the usb keyboard, the notebook keyboard may be having problems:
