A failed BIOS update can be repaired by the FN+ESC cold boot method with the binary FD file extracted from the Windows executable --- or --- by replacing it with a preprogrammed chip (less than $20usd) --- or --- by eeprom programmer at an authorized ACER technical service center.

Thanks for the info . as i said i already have a programmer the problem when i use official bios file it says size to large it needs its original BIOS or a 1Mbyte working BIOS so i can resize it. im gonna leave replacing the chip as last option since it take time to be delivered.

Sorry, only an authorized Acer service center can provide this as that information is proprietary and not available to us Acer users since we are not Acer employees or authorized service contractors on these forums.

You have the option of trying to flash the BIOS using a FAT32 formatted USB stick with an activity LED. The binary file should be the only file in its  root directory re-named to coviniXXX.FD where XXX is the BIOS firmware version number, for example covini112.FD. Insert this USB stick. Press and hold the FN+ESC keys. Then while still holding the FN+ESC keys, turn the machine on. When USB LED activity begins, release the keys. If successful, the machine should automatically shut off after a few minutes of USB LED activity.
