I have no idea whats going on. Everywhere I look gives answers for if it wont turn on, but that's not the case. Doom Eternal runs smooth as hell (above 100fps on high settings), the computer is fast, but it beeps once on startup. Never again, only on startup. What should I do?

One short beep is indicating that POST has completed successfully and the OS can now load. That is normal.

As a sidenote, Windows Memory Diagnostic and Acer Care Center say my ram is fine.

Really? Everywhere I looked talked about a DRAM Refresh Failure.

When booting up your system, it is not uncommon to be greeted by one or a series of computer beeps. While hearing one short beep is normal and indicates that your system is booting up, a series of beeps is usually indicative of some sort of internal error e.g. and related to one beep...one long beep, two short beeps means a checksum error has occurred. This signals an issue with your motherboard etc etc

Nah, the ram failure shows as one loooong continuous beep. The short beep is the normal "I'm done with POST" indication.
