Acer Aspire 3 A315-57G-56C5 Temperature and CPU

During the game, the CPU temperature rises to 90, and sometimes to 93-97, but then immediately drops to 90, is it safe for a laptop? And is it normal that during stress tests or playing games (when the processor is under load) the frequencies are not 3.6, but fall to 1.8-2.0, and sometimes to the base 1.2?

Yes of course. This is the purpose of the exhaust vent. It expels hot air from the CPU and GPU to keep them cooler.

Hibernation mode has issues so it's turned off by default. You can enable it again but not recommended. Gentle pressure on keyboard and case should not harm anything. They are flexible by design.

Temperatures are too high. Frequencies drop because temperatures are too high. How long have you had this laptop?

About 4-5 months, I blow out the dust indiscriminately regularly, the radiator is clean, I did not touch the thermal paste because it is still under warranty

Maybe I'm worried for nothing, and I should do some benchmarks to find out if there are problems or not?

Set laptop on hard surface. Try to raise it about an inch higher above surface but be careful not to block air vents.

I put the laptop on the table (it always stood on it), but also made an additional stand out of elastic, the processor worked faster (CPU-Z: up to ~1400, after ~1600)

here are also a couple of graphs of what the CPU load is, the TDP jumps from 15 to 22, the frequency, respectively

During the game, the processor warmed up to 90, the frequencies were around 2-2.5, and then the temperature dropped to 80-82, but the processor was running at 992 MHz, why did this happen, is this a kind of protective mechanism?

And is there any way to slow down processor for playing time, 'cause it's not used for 100%, and how i saw during this play session fps doesn't change a lot?

Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the  power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' near top of next pane. Scroll down and UNcheck box for fast startup if not already unchecked. Shut down Windows normally. Then follow these steps.

    (1) Unplug charger
    (2) Gently press and hold paperclip into battery pack disconnect pinhole on bottom for about a minute
    (3) Plug charger back in but wait for battery charge LED to turn from solid orange to solid blue
    (4) Turn on laptop and test gaming temperatures and frequencies again.

Did you follow instructions precisely. This is meant to discharge mainboard components so they can re-set to the default state.

Yes, I did as you said, besides, I don't have a hibernation mode at all, and one more question, if you put a little pressure on the laptop (not the screen, but the case), nothing bad will happen?

Also, the laptop is very hot in the radiator area, I can hold my finger, is this the norm?

P.S.: I searched for info on the Internet, but I didn't find anything, and I want to extend the life of the laptop as much as possible =)
