Predator Helios 300 when my laptop is not charging even though is plugged saying is being "charged"

I'm using a Predator Helios 300 (2020) and the previous day it suddenly went dark with no sign of activity while being used though eventually I it to restart thinking it could have been overheated, but realized a new problem came that's the battery is stuck now on 48% and eventually down by one I'm determined it could the battery itself after the sudden shutdown. I went check the Acer care center built in the laptop saying is in good condition so now I'm sure what to do now.

quick question does this model even have pinhole to reset the battery?

Edit for update and the reset didn't worked which I'm now determined it may need a battery change due of it saying is in power mode. And if that the case where should I go look for one? (lets hope people see this).
