I put the sucker thingy on the vacuum cleaner on the side of my laptop where the air comes out (ONLY THERE) for like 5-10 seconds is that good? I might do it longer.

IT DID NOT WORK. i'm getting like 50-60 C on idle now. i don't have compressed air in a can, hair dryer, nor a vaccum cleaner worked at all.

You must alternately vacuum the air intake ports directly over the fan blades. And then blow air (vacuum cleaner exhaust port) into the air exhaust ports where there is no fan blades visible. You likely have a lot of dust buildup that's clogged inside. Sorry, but the machine needs proper cleaning maintenance or you will risk frying the GPU and permanently damaging the mainboard . 90*C that  you reported earlier is still way too hot.

I’m gonna be disassembling my case and just cleaning it a bit myself, I watched a tutorial to clean it and stuff, anything else I should know?

You will probably void what's left of the warranty if you break any tamper seals or tapes covering screws or case seams or break anything.

I got compressed air, I pointed it on the back of my laptop where the fans are and did both sides really quick, No dust Well i can see apt of dust in it, I tried it where the dust goes in. and where it comes out. No luck.

To repeat what I said earlier. The machine needs proper cleaning maintenance. You risk permanently damaging the mainboard without proper maintenance. Good luck whatever you decide to do or not do including discussing with your parents the need for routine cleaning and re-pasting maintenance by an experienced local laptop specialist in your community.

I'd guess about two hours labor by a competent local laptop technician. I don't know labor cost per hour where you live. In US, it might be $100usd.   Might take a few days if the technican is busy with other customers.
