One day the power in the house went out while I was using my computer. Since then, the computer randomly reboots every hour or so. No data loss. Is there a fix for this?

What you were doing when power outage occured?

Right click the Start button, check on Device Manage if any bad driver there.

Power outages can be damaging for pc's especially if you are in the process of a bios update or windows update but, seeing that your pc works and only turns off after an 1 hour, it could be your psu so check that and if it overheats or maybe change it, as it was probably damaged through the power outage, could be an OS corrution so reset the OS and also do the following:

    1. Run checkdisk to see if there are any problems at disk 0 bad files
    2.
Run "/sfc scannow" from the command prompt, to see if there are any integrity violations
    3.
Run CrystalDiskInfo to check S.M.A.R.T data for your SSD
