Turbo Button and PredatorSense Shortcut Keys not working PH315-54

I just sent my Predator PH315-54 laptop in due to a blue screen issue. They replaced the SSD and the motherboard. After waiting a week, I received the laptop in the mail today. With everything factory reset, the Turbo button and the PredatorSense shortcut key for some reason doesn't seem to work. I have uninstall and reinstalled PredatorSense. I have also tried this: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/558409/fix-for-predator-sense-failing-to-open-on-windows-10 to no avail. Does anyone have solution so that I don't have to send it back to the manufacterer and wait a week to use my computer again. Need it for studying!

After calling Acer Support, I factory reset my computer, uninstall, and reinstalled PredatorSense, and although the program works, the shortcut keys still don't work.

Is Acer Quick Access installed?

No it is not installed, if you can help me with this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hmm. Try resetting BIOS to defaults?

What is the model number shown in Acer Care Centre? Is it still PH315-54?

Try installing the appxbundle. Can you also upload a picture of the bios information tab? Sometimes when the motherboard is replaced, the snid number and model name may be wrong in the bios. Is the turbo button connected to the motherboard?
