where can i get a copy of a repair receipt?
I find it very frustrating that the only way to get in touch with Acer is to pay to talk to someone, I had a repair done in warranty and it lasted 4 months and is broke, same problem, but now its out of warranty. I know the receipt said that piece had a 12 month warranty on it but I can't find the receipt. Trying to get a copy so I can fix the laptop but I cant talk to anybody without paying for it....thats ridiculous!

Acer repairs offer a 90 day warranty. There is no one year warranty for parts of the repair. Acer does offer out of warranty repairs and charge a standard fee depending on the unit you have netbook versus notebook etc.
