My ACER Nitro 5's specifications → [15.6" Gaming Laptop, Intel® Core™ i5, GTX 1650, 512 GB SSD, 8G RAM]. The only game I play is Minecraft. I have no other games installed. I am constantly using things like disk drive cleaner. Using Win + R commands to open up these file explorer windows to delete all these files and tons of processes alike that.

But I still can not stop whatever it is, that keeps coming back ruining my performance again. And to assure you, Hard Resetting seems to temporarily fix this problem (like using the computer again right after it was new from the box). But if is literally JUST putting the computer back to its original state, what is alerted in the future to cause this state to worsen game performance? Why can I not seem to reverse that manually!? Because I am still looking for answers. And it seems like nobody knows!?!? with the super smooth performance/FPS. Please help. And it is SO ANNOYING!

 I. Just. Want. To. Play. Minecraft. In. Peace!!

Please post screenshots of TaskManager Startup tab and ControlPanel's uninstall a program app.
