Sometimes yes. The Microsoft generic Win10 version may have different system library files than the ACER OEM Win10 version that the audio drivers depend on. I suggest downloading and installing iobit's DriverBooster freeware driver tool to see if it can pick up any better audio drivers on line to help increase the volume.

Not suspicious. Looks OK to me. You said earlier >>>i have installed all audio drivers and now i feel like sound is to low>>> .  Did it ever sound louder? The reason I ask is that many laptop audio amplifiers are not too powerful. This helps battery life and reduce heat. They are almost like pre-amps.

Try this. Open Control Panel. Search 'sound card'. Click 'change sound card settings' in left pane. Right click speakers with the green checkmark. Choose properties. Click levels tab. Drag realtek HD audio output slider to 100%

hey, i just find a solution with installing DTS:X Ultra App From Microsoft store that make a bit more higher sound

Where did you get the audio drivers?
    (1) Are they for Win10.?
    (2) Are they generic drivers from Realtek downloads?
    (3) Or OEM drivers from Acer Realtek downloads?

Did you install Win10 yourself? Or was it already ACER factory OEM installed Win10?

GUYS Please help. I have the helios 300 too ph315-52. I am having audio issues too. problem is in my audio jack. all wireless headphones work perfectly but while using wired headphones or earphones always the audio is low plus its not even clear. sometimes the audio from one is not audible even when sound is set to 100 max. and yes i checked and saw that sound was balanced in the settings. still this problem persists. there is no issues with the headphones because they work perfectly everywhere else but the laptop. please help.

Did you manually expand the sound, video etc folder or was it already expanded when you opened Device Manager?
