Very high CPU usage but low GPU usage Nitro AN517-52

I have a Nitro AN517-52 Laptop and I have been getting low GPU usage but very high CPU usage ranging from 70% to 100% while my GPU usage does not exceed 50%.
I have checked my performance through both NitroSense and separate benchmark from msi afterburner.
These are the things I tried:
Changed preferred graphics processor to High-performance NVIDIA processor.
Minimized settings in the NVIDIA control panel
Tried turning off all side programs while playing the game
prioritized performance on specific games and NitroSense.

Also I'd appreciate it that instead of sending a separate threat I'll be getting a direct response to my issue.
Will be glad if anyone helps me out with this!!

It happens on every single game I play. Though some games are less GPU-center they get better performance.

If your model has 8GB of RAM or just 1 RAM stick, you can consider upgrading to 16GB with another 8GB stick. Some users reported that the GPU usage has reached +90% after the upgrade.

I have also heard the latter from a person. I will try that. Thanks in advance.
