PH315-52 Why do specific applications break any wireless audio?

Okay, so, this is a bit of a weird issue, I can't find anyone else who has ever had this issue, and i've had it since i got this laptop. (Predator PH315-52)
There's varying degrees of this issue, it can range from audio cutting out once, requiring me to reconnect audio and then it not being an issue (Forza Horizon 5 in this case) OR it can completely break all wireless audio, to where it disconnects again after just a couple seconds (Unity Editor).
I can't find any info about this online anywhere, and even resetting my laptop did not help. Obviously, warranty isn't an option even if they could fix it, since i've had this for over 2 years.
Both my bluetooth earbuds and USB headset are affected by this.
Is this a hardware issue? and is there any way i can fix it without just buying an entirely new computer (which i cant)?

oh, i guess i should describe the issue a bit better.
I'm not sure how, so i'll explain what happens sometimes.
Forza Horizon 5 - The game opens, my headset randomly disconnects, I unplug the USB and plug it back in, and it works fine until i reopen it.
Apex Legends - Headset's microphone suddenly stops getting picked up, but audio stays sometimes.
Unity Editor - Usually, the audio cracks a lot and then my headset (or earbuds) stop receiving any audio. Disconnecting and reconnecting fixes it for maybe a few seconds before it happens again.
VirtualBox - Same as Unity.

What I tried:
- Getting a powered USB hub, that didn't help at all.
- Resetting windows (while keeping files), didn't help at all.
- Some things that probably aren't a good idea but the internet said to do (disabling windows from turning off USBs to save power), didn't help at all.

oh yeah, at some point xboxgip.sys was causing bluescreens occasionally when unity was open and my headset was connected, that stopped, but im still convinced that this issue is either a driver or hardware issue.

I don't know how to exactly replicate this, since nobody else has had this issue.

The Killer Bluetooth drivers are very problematic, which I'm having extensive problems within Win-11 on my new Nitro 5 AN515-56 that has the Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card, as any of the new Intel drivers (except when the Acer OEM BT driver is installed that works 100%) but any new Intel or Microsoft Windows Updates BT drivers will not work rendering BT useless and inoperable for both my JBL headphones. This could be a problem with your Killer Wi-Fi/BT card and drivers within your Predator PH315-52 and it could also be the audio drivers that the BT integrates with as they all work together. Try to also reinstall the OEM Acer audio driver the Realtek Version: 6.0.1.8652 and see if that fixes the USB headset?

With the BT also try this and only have the OEM Acer Bluetooth driver version: 20.110.0.3 installed and if you are still having these problems ? then do this:

    1. Go to Search > type Run > regedit > hit Enter
    2. Now that you have the Registry editor window in front of you, go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder situated on the left side panel.
    3. From the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder, open the SOFTWARE folder.
    4. In the SOFTWARE folder, select the Microsoft folder.
    5. In the Microsoft folder, go to the WindowsNT folder.
    6. In the WindowsNT folder, open the CurrentVersion folder.
    7. Now that you are in the CurrentVersion folder, go to Current Version file
    8. Change the version of the Current Version feature to 6.2 instead of what is there 6.3.
    9. Save your changes and reboot your Windows computer.

All this should make your BT headphones work without any cutouts.

Otherwise, try a complete "Clean Install" of (I presume?) you are running Win-10 as the OS that could be the problem right from the start and when this laptop was new, as allot of pre installed windows can be problematic especially with the Acer pre installed software that they have? As doing a "reset and keeping your files" will not completely renew and reinstall fresh new drivers for your Wi-Fi and BT as it will continue these problems with the BT and USB audio that you've had since this laptop was new. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

im not sure if i reinstalled the driver correctly, was i just supposed to run the .cmd and .bat or am i missing something?
if i did that right, what do you mean by "only have the OEM Acer Bluetooth driver version:.."? where would i check that, only place i could think of is device manager but didnt see it there.

also, im not sure if i should mention this, but when the headset does disconnect, things lag a bit? like, a youtube video freezes for half a second.

changing the version from 6.3 to 6.2 reverts after rebooting, so if that would fix it, it doesn't let me

@Tygofive did you try to check for Windows update?
