waranty its been 8 working days.?

why there is no reply abbout my waranty its been 8 working days.? the email said its only take 5 working days ..pls help

    I understand you are calling to check the status.    You say "why there is no reply about my warranty its been 8 working days.?   The email said its only take 5 working days "

    If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.   They will provide you more details. 


    If it is out of warranty, or  if you would like to check the repair status 

    Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  Click on  "Repair case Status"  




    Click on "Like" if you find my answer useful 

    Click on "Yes" if it answers your question.
