Keeps crashing after switching to Dual Channel Memory - Nitro 5 AN515-52

Around a month ago I upgraded my Nitro to a Samsung 870 QVO drive and 2 sticks of 8GB 2666Mhz HyperX Impact RAM. Along with it I installed Windows 11, since then it would keep crashing with different stop codes almost every time, sometimes would be MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, REFERENCE BY POINTER and it's caused by the ntoskrnl.exe driver to my knowledge these were most likely a RAM issue so I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and got no errors. Then I ran MemTest86 with both sticks separately and I did find a faulty stick. So I contacted my provider and got a new stick, this time I did a MemTest on both sticks separately and came back with no errors. Though, after around 2 hours it would BSOD again. Then I thought it's maybe a Windows 11 issue so I erased everything and installed Windows 10 but still it would crash. I also have an Optane SSD running with the 870 QVO, I thought maybe disabling that would fix it but it didn't. It mostly happens when I'm running very demanding applications/games. When I tested with 1 stick of RAM the system would run fine (though I only tested this theory for around 24 hours) and it didn't crash I ran Chrome with multiple tabs had many applications running and at the same time played games and no crashes or signs of instability. This is happening after I run on dual channel, I've tried pretty much everything except for a BIOS update mostly because I hear Nitro 5's BIOS updates are kind of faulty at times (I'm on V1.22 btw). I also checked around the forums and some people were saying that switching to "AHCI" rather than "RST with Optane" in BIOS has fixed some of their crashes. Messing with BIOS settings to me quite new so if someone thinks this could help me let me know... Also, I have installed all Drivers from Acer's website. Could anyone help me with this matter, every time I'm doing something important it feels like it would crash again. Would like this fixed ASAP...

@Dwain it is okay to switch from the RST to AHCI. But this won't work if you are still running with the Optane. I can see that the JEDEC profiles from the two sticks are different. The Hyper X RAM will need to go with the same Hyper X to get the same JEDEC or replace the Hyper X RAM with an ordinary Green board RAM stick.

Thanks for letting me know, I'll test it out with the original stick that comes with the laptop and see if it works
