I'm unable to access BIOS no matter what method I use

The only 2 methods of accessing bios is:
1. Spamming the function key on boot
2. Going to advanced settings in windows and booting into UEFI interface from there.

None of these work for me. When I try, I'm stuck on the Acer logo for an indefinite amount of time. (No spinning loading icon or anything, just the green acer text)

Any help please?

I don’t know which laptop or PC model you have or you are talking about? As that would really help but, in a laptop disconnect and take the main battery out and also disconnect the CMOS bios in a desktop disconnect the mains power and take the CMOS bios battery out and leave both unplugged for 5 min then reconnect both and reboot the laptop or desktop as that reset the bios and will allow you to get into bios. Try that and let us know. Btw to get into the bios in laptop you need to press the F2 or F12 key and in a desktop its either delete key or the same keys just after and when the Acer Logo appears and keep pressing it until the system sets into the bios function.
