Acer Aspire TC-1660-UA92 slotting in low power GPU?

Hello there, I was wondering if anyone in the past has upgraded this specific model of Aspire desktop https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/DT.BH0AA.004 with a discrete GPU (as it only comes with an integrated GPU and I wanted to do some moderate gaming on it.) and could tell me if the PCIe slot on this computer provides the full 75W of power, or have there been issues for anyone who has upgraded it?

I was looking to do a budget upgrade on it and slot in the recent Radeon RX 6400 https://www.amd.com/en/products/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-6400 and would like to know beforehand if it can be powered completely by just the PCIe slot on the computer, as it does only consume/require 53 watts, but I have heard that some companies don't provide the full 75W to the PCIe slot so I was hoping anyone with experience in doing this could let me know about their experiences.

@Chrisbo Yes, RX 6400 should work. The model that has Nvidia GPU also doesn't have the power cable to the GPU.

Thank you and have a nice day!
