Does Acer Aspire 5 A514-54-54GA comes with Microsoft Office? Preferably lifetime.

So, I went to an Acer store near my place a while ago, and purchased an Acer Aspire 5 A514-54 (Intel i5), however there was a problem with the license of the Microsoft Office. They tried it on two units, but they both have the same problem. I know that Aspire 5 comes with MS Office, they also said the same thing there. I, however, refunded my money since they couldn't fix it, but they said they'll check the other unit and call me. I didn't look at other branch since it was already too late.

I don't know if it's a problem with individual units, or does it apply to all Aspire 5? I only have two choices of laptop (the other is the HP 15s), if all units really have the same problem, I might opt for my other choice, which I'm reluctant about since: 1) it doesn't have backlit keyboard, 2) it was bigger (15"), and also 3) heavier for me when compared to Aspire 5. If not, I might go and have a look at other Acer branches tomorrow, or other stores.
