If the battery charge LED  still eventually turns from steady orange to steady blue when plugged in, then you should replace the battery ASAP. It's losing about 15% or its capacity every day. Eventually the charger won't be able to keep up with the drain. Google search 'e5-575g' & 'battery' for vendors who ship to your region/country. An inexpensive commodity item battery for many E5 models. Should be less than about $35usd.

Maybe. It all depends on what we see in the battery report. Follow these directions

    (1) Search 'cmd' in Windows start menu.
    (2) Right click command prompt near top of menu.
    (3) Click run as administrator.
    (4) Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport' at command prompt.
    (5) Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer.
    (6) Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser.
    (7) Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity.

My laptop will have sudden shutdown even it is 100%, I'm using it in just 5 minutes then shutdown and when I open it it was back to 0% again. I tried resetting the battery and reinstalling its driver, and none of it works. should I change the battery?

The battery lost 13% of its full charge capacity in only one day. This suggests one of it's cells has shorted. What is its full capacity today?
