Predator Triton 500 no power on battery

Hello all, 
since this morning, my laptop will not run on battery power. It works fine plugged into the wall and says that my battery is at 100%. The light on the side for the battery is blue. But as soon as I disconnect the charger the laptop dies. I am not sure what is wrong with the laptop. Any ideas?

Hi @Tainpe

You can turn off the laptop completely. Disconnect it from the charger try to press and gold down the power button for 20 secs. Then you can connect it back to the charger and you can check to see if it does take a charge. If not then you can try to reinstall the battery driver to check if that makes any difference. 



NOTE: Make sure to reboot the laptop after uninstalling the driver to reinstall the driver back again.

If it still doesn't work then you can do a complete reset to check if that makes any difference.

Follow the steps in the above link to do a complete reset.

NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.
