There are a bunch of different Extensa 215 models, yours should be something like Extensa 215-xx-xxxx. Depending on what language your keyboard has it might have volume controls as part of the function keys. On my laptop it uses F11 to raise volume, F10 to lower and F9 to mute. Yours is muted in that screen shot.
