Can no longer scroll or zoom on my Acer Swift 3 touchpad

Hello everyone

Ever since my Acer Swift 3 went in for repair, the touchpad will not scroll or zoom. When I go into Bluetooth & Devices > Touchpad, the only options available are Taps, and More Touchpad Settings, which opens mouse settings rather than any touchpad settings.

I looked on the Acer website for drivers, but couldn't find anything that seemed relevant.

I looked through past answers. I downloaded Windows updates (I'm using Windows 11). I have tried going into Device Manager > Human Interface Devices and right-clicking and checking for updates on each item there. They all say the latest driver is installed.

I went into BIOS and switched from PS2 to I2C. This stops the touchpad from working at all. It adds a new item under Human Interface Devices with a "!" symbol on it, but that new item also claims to have the latest driver.

Any other ideas?
