Acer aspire V3-571 sound and camera not working possibly caused by drivers

My acer laptop does not play any sound and camera webcam is also not functioning
I reset my laptop

, yet the problem still persists.
I downloaded realtek audio drivers from their official site and installed , the problem still persisits.
Also , there is no category for "sound video and games controllers" in my drivers manager.
I have to add it manually every time.

The error message from the drivers is
"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"

I have also tried to install drivers using driver easy, yet it was up to no avail.

Hi,
You could try different drivers, for example a previous driver, also try reinstalling Acer Launch Manager Application, it might rectify the problem.
Download the Launch Manager app, then uninstall the current installation with a utility Revo Uninstaller, delete any leftover files and folders relating to Launch Manager, reboot and install the downloaded App.
