recently got a new RAM which is Crucial 8GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM, 1.35V.

Tried to slot into my Acer Aspire E15 but it doesn't fit at all. (couldn't push it in).

I'm sure it's the correct ram, please help?

(PICTURE BELOW) is Kingston 8GB RAM that came installed with the laptop, which i have no problem putting back into ram slot.

    Hi,
You can check whether there are any bent/damaged pins and see whether any dust or debri in the solt, if both have no issues I suspect the manufacturing fault of the module.

Hi, when i try to compare the two rams, i noticed Crucial ram is actually bigger in width(?)

I tried to take a picture with them side by side for comparison.

You need to remove the original RAM from the slot to compare them accurately, you can compare the location of the grove in both sticks and the length which is more important than the width, I forgot to ask, did you try the other slot where the original RAM was installed?
