Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 "No bootable drive" error after adding additional HDD

I just added an HDD into the 2.5" slot in my Predator Helios 300 PH315-53. I did not remove or change the SSD boot drive at all. I just went to turn on my laptop, and got a "No bootable drive" error. The fix seems simple, go into the bios and change the boot priority order so that the laptop tries to boot off the drive that actually has Windows on it, but my drives are not appearing in the "Boot Priority" menu. They all appear under the "Storage" section, but if I go to the "Boot" section in advanced settings, nothing appears under the "Boot Priority Order".

This is not an issue with any of my hard drives, but it would appear that my laptop is trying to boot off of the new HDD for some reason, and isn't giving me the option to choose another drive to boot from. I'm not really in a position to wipe any drives or try and boot windows from a USB (and I'm not even sure it would show up because none of my other drives are). I would really appreciate assistance in figuring out how to get my laptop to boot from the correct drive. Thanks for the help.

Some extra information: last year when I added a new SSD into my m.2 slot, I had the same issue, but I can't remember how I fixed it. I do remember that once I did for a few weeks every time I turned on my laptop I had to change the boot order again, and then eventually it stopped having the issue.

The laptop has since booted correctly once, and then blue screened after 10 minutes with the error, "inaccessible_boot_device"

Also, I just tried taking the new 2.5" HDD and my older non-boot M.2 SSD out, and I am still having the same "No Bootable Drive" error now, but I can't see how anything has gone wrong with my boot drive since I haven't made any changes to it.
