My Spin 5 laptop (4 months old) suddenly developed a faded screen with horizontal lines and some blackish edges. I had restarted the laptop earlier today (for windows updates), so I guessed the update might be the problem.  I then restored the laptop to a point 4 days ago (using windows restore) and since then, I can't boot the system. I now get Critical_process_died every time I try to boot. When i try to use the windows 11 troubleshooting tools (during start up), my screen keeps going blank after a while (about a minute or less). Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?

    Try this first.
    (1) Press and hold power button till machine shuts off
    (2) Unplug charger
    (3) Gently press and insert paperclip into battery disconnect pinhole on bottom for one minute
    (4) Plug charger back in and wait for battery charge LED to turn from steady orange to steady blue
    (5) Try to turn the machine on again and immediately tap F2 key to enter BIOS menu
    (6) Press F9 to load BIOS defaults. Then press F10 to save default settings and exit the BIOS menu
