I want to ask about the Nitro 5 laptop, and I activate the charging limite from acer care senter .... at 80% the charging stop and I keep a charger in the laptop and continue working with it, is it harmful to it or not?

It makes little or no difference to the battery or its longevity despite anecdotal claims on the internet. Only seems to make some people feel better. The battery doesn't care. The normal Windows charge limit of 100% has just about always been and still is just fine for the battery.

If the charging stops at 80% and you’ve had this battery mainly plugged into mains power, then its best to unplug the charger from the laptop and run the laptop to critical low charge when windows warns you, then put the charger back and recharge the battery and do this a few times. This is a common sign especially with none OEM batteries as most none OEM batteries are made from old batteries that are refurbished. The battery only charging to 80% is aloo a sing that your OEM battery is getting old but not necessarily dying and needs replacing, as draining and recharging will revive this battery. Keep unplugging the battery whenever this happens as once the battery is drained and recharged it will charge to 100%, I’ve had this happen to allot of batteries of laptops and that is what I’ve done and it worked 100% and the battery lasted but not necessarily sustained the new and OEM battery charge state as all batteries get old and deteriorate.
